Top Wedding Industry Podcasts of 2025
The wedding industry has a wealth of podcasts for both professionals and engaged couples, some tailored to specific niches and others that offer evergreen perspectives regardless of where you hang your hat.
As we look ahead to what’s in store for the rest of 2025 and beyond, I’m thrilled to share a roundup of some of my favorite podcasts to tune in to.
Bridechilla
Initially founded by Aleisha McCormack, Bridechilla is now hosted by Leah Haslage and offers a no-nonsense approach to wedding planning advice for couples. The podcast offers a wide range of realistic topics like planning timelines and dress codes, as well as challenges that couples may face, such as mental health and navigating family dynamics. With listener Q&A episodes mixed in as well, there’s no stone left unturned.
I’ve loved chatting with Leah on the podcast - here are some links to our episodes together:
Wedding MBA Podcast
The Wedding MBA Podcast is a wonderful resource for wedding professionals seeking business advice, with interviews from speakers featured at the annual Wedding MBA conference. Hosted by Clint Hufft, the podcast covers topics such as marketing, branding, legal, social media, leadership, and more.
The Vendor Table
The Vendor Table is a podcast that focuses on wedding photographers as well as other conversations with creatives in the industry. They offer deep dives into everything from the state of the wedding landscape to transparent tell-alls, including insight on viral moments that are taking social media by storm. If you’re looking for hot takes intertwined with business expertise, this one’s for you.
Just Another Biz Podcast
Aptly labeled as “unconventional business tips for wedding pros and creatives,” Just Another Biz Podcast is a no-holds-barred podcast (hosted by Kari Smith and Gabby Pinkerton) that isn’t afraid to talk candidly about the ups and downs of what it means to be an entrepreneur. Whether you’re in the early stages of business ownership or hoping to begin scaling your business as a longtime pro, there’s a little something for everyone.
Event: Crushed
Calling all busy wedding pros! Event: Crushed is a podcast that offers inspiration and tips for entrepreneurs hoping to take their business to the next level with actionable strategies. Juggling family life and other creative outlets on top of being a business owner is no easy feat, and host Becky Hart (along with guests) offers expertise on avoiding pitfalls and burnout that come along with business ownership.
Evolve Your Wedding Business
Hosted by Heidi Thompson, Evolve Your Wedding Business offers casual conversations with industry experts but with real tips, no fluff. With new episodes every other Wednesday, the podcast speaks to actionable business growth and gives you answers to burning questions, all with a mix of interviews and trainings in between.
Heidi is such a wonderful host - check out my episode with her here:
Wedding Pros Who Are Ready to Grow
As the UK’s leading wedding podcast, Wedding Pros Who Are Ready to Grow features business consultant Becca Pountney and industry guests sharing their insight on how to boost profit and create a successful business. From inclusivity, marketing, and CRMs to sustainability and confidence, you’ll walk away with all of the tools to grow your brand.
I had a blast talking to Becca during our interview - my episode is below if you want to give it a listen:
Weddings for Real
Weddings for Real is an amazing, longstanding podcast with over 6 years of content with interviews with leaders in the wedding industry. Host Megan Gillikin brings a refreshing perspective to each episode, sitting down with experts from all backgrounds to share their top tips and relatable stories to help you thrive in business.
This vs. That: Wedding Planning Decisions
Planner & designer Kelly McWilliams brings a fun twist to the wedding podcast world with This vs. That: Wedding Planning Decisions. Each episode presents a true this vs. that set of options — think candid vs. posed photography, full service planning vs. day-of coordination, etc. — where an expert guest will weigh the pros and cons of each. While the podcast is primarily tailored to engaged couples, there are plenty of great takeaways for pros as well.
While we’re not here to toot our own horns, we love revisiting episodes from our own podcasts:
