Paring Down and Prioritizing

WeddingIQ Blog - Paring Down and Prioritizing

There are some things I’m better at preaching than practicing, and keeping my obligations to a reasonable level is definitely one of them.  Obviously, when I launched WeddingIQ, I did so full steam ahead, and this blog (and the issues it explores) remains something about which I’m extremely passionate.

That being said, in an effort to continue producing quality content that’s relevant and helpful to wedding business owners, I’ve decided to pare down the posting quantity a bit: starting this week, I’ll be publishing new posts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  That will leave me a little more time to continue my daily posts on the MyDeejay blog, and to fulfill some of my other commitments, including contributing to the WeddingWire Education Center, WeddingWire ProBlog, and WeddingAces, as well as Thursday Therapy DC, Wish Upon a Wedding, and The Bliss Collection.  This isn’t an easy decision, but I realized I would advocate for balance and prioritization with any business owner I was coaching, so I’d be wise to do this myself, too.

I hope my readers will stick around for slightly fewer, but forever business-focused, posts!
